We are pleased to invite you to the North Shore Chamber’s June Breakfast Forum featuring Nancy Frates of Beverly, CEO of the Frates Family Foundation.
A distinguished businesswoman, Nancy Frates is the mother behind the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge — the very apex of viral philanthropy — and a leader in the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis community.
Driven by her son Peter’s prognosis, Nancy Frates utilized her business acumen, communication skills, and competitive drive to create worldwide awareness in the fight against ALS. In August 2014, she and Peter championed the historic global movement known as the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge that went viral, launching fundraising further than they imagined possible.
This Chamber breakfast forum is an outstanding opportunity to network with fellow business leaders, while gaining insight and leadership lessons from Nancy Frates, a communications expert, mentor and business coach.
