Karen Andreas
President/Chief Executive Officer

Karen Andreas has dedicated her lifelong career to the betterment of the North Shore community — as a journalist, media publisher and as of Jan. 1, 2021, as president and CEO of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. Leading the Chamber was a natural fit for Karen, who had been a longtime member of the Board of Directors and past Chairman of the Board. She came to The Chamber from North of Boston Media Group, where she led the region's award-winning newspapers and magazines for decades. Karen volunteers her time to numerous organizations, including Salem State University's Bertolon School of Business, where she serves as Chair of the Advisory Board, and the Northern Essex Community College Foundation Board. Karen is a cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where she earned a degree in English, specializing in journalism, and a minor in dance. She loves politics, leadership, gardening, golf and all Boston sports. She and her husband, Mike, live in Danvers and have two grown sons.
Patrick Murphy
Director of Business Development

A lifelong resident of the North Shore in Beverly and Peabody, Patrick has a history of success working with many companies including Avid, IBM and Evolphin. He specializes in business-to-business networking and revenue growth. Patrick has a passion for generating key industry face-to-face connections for new business opportunities. Patrick is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Beverly High School. He resides in Beverly and enjoys golfing with friends, going to the gym, and following local sports teams.
Robyn Pregent
Operations Manager

Robyn Pregent oversees the operations at The Chamber, including financials, budgets, insurance and benefits. While managing membership software and general office operations, she is happy to assist members with any issues relating to their accounts, renewals, event registrations, or general inquiries.
Robyn most recently operated Pregent Books, offering bookkeeping services to a variety of small businesses on the North Shore. She is a graduate of Salem State College and a native of Rockport, where she lives with her husband and two children.
Mariah Lyle
Events Manager

Mariah is the Events Manager at the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, bringing people together through well-executed events that support the business community. A Pennsylvania native, she earned her degree in Communication Arts with a business concentration from Gordon College and quickly fell in love with the North Shore.
Prior to her current role, Mariah spent several years in Gordon’s President’s Office, most recently as Executive Assistant to the President. She brings that experience—along with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love of connecting people—to creating and managing engaging events.
She lives in Beverly with her husband, Jake, and enjoys beach days, exploring New England, and all things North Shore.
Kay Eisenstein
Member Engagement Manager

Kay Eisenstein joined The Chamber after a more than 10-year career in publishing at Pearson where she worked in the sales and marketing departments, coordinating events across the various college textbook disciplines. As Member Engagement Manager, Kay strengthens member relationships and enhances the overall member experience. She maintains a close connection with Chamber members to offer our services and meet their business needs, specifically through sponsorship coordination, account maintenance and welcoming new members.
Felicity Celado

Felicity began working at the Chamber in September 2025 as an intern. After earning her Bachelor's degree in business administration from Salem State University in May 2026, she officially joined the Chamber team. Felicity is passionate about supporting local businesses and fostering meaningful connections. In her role, she assists in onboarding new members, offers event support, and is a friendly and helpful contact for all member inquiries.
McKenna Gilligan
Marketing Assistant

McKenna began her work at the Chamber in February 2025 as a marketing intern from Salem State’s Bertolon School of Business. Upon her graduation in May 2026, she officially became the Marketing Assistant at the Chamber. Her responsibilities include designing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and supporting the Chamber team through her many administrative strengths. A resident of Salem, she holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Salem State University.
Anthony Morales
Government Affairs Intern

Anthony Morales is a rising junior at Providence College, double-majoring in Business Economics and History. At Providence, he is involved in the Economics Club, belongs to the Leadership Fellows Program, and was selected to serve as a first-year class Orientation Leader. As an intern at the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, Anthony's work focuses on advancing policy and legislation that fosters a business-friendly environment for the region's businesses and entrepreneurs.
