Emerging Leaders Lunch & Learn: Building Trust and Growth Through Performance Conversations

Join the North Shore Chamber’s Emerging Leaders group for a light lunch and presentation on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chamber's Education Center in Beverly. Featured guest will be Wendy Hultmark who brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience. She will explain how to make performance reviews productive and growth-oriented.

Learn practical tips for highlighting accomplishments, receiving feedback, and keeping the focus on development. With thoughtful preparation, review season can be an opportunity to reflect, reset and plan for the year ahead—with confidence and positivity.

Registration and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by the presentation from 12 to 1 p.m.
