Large development projects have great impacts on a region, especially in the areas of commerce, employment, housing and more. Join us for breakfast as we learn more about significant projects here on the North Shore. A representative from WinnCompanies will speak about mixed-income, transit-oriented housing projects in Salem and Swampscott, and the developer of the Maple Square project in Danvers will also provide updates and information. Andrew DeFranza, executive director of Harborlight Homes, will discuss Anchor Point and the Lighthouse Center, and Emerson Rogers, the project manager of Newburyport Crossing, a MINCO development, will discuss that project's impact on the city.
