Sarah Ducott is an accomplished employee benefits professional with expertise in leadership and client advocacy. She began her career at Unum, transitioned to the broker side, and joined OneDigital (formerly Insight Insurance Agency) in 2017. After leading the Massachusetts Client Services Team, Sarah now serves as a Client Executive, managing a diverse client portfolio and driving business development.
Outside of work, Sarah mentors local youth as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has completed advanced programs including Babson’s Women’s Leadership Program, Mental Health First Aid, and Leadership Essentials.
