As Senior Counsel at MacLean Holloway Doherty and Sheehan, Jeff concentrates in general corporate and securities law including private placements of securities, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing.
Jeff attended Brown University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. He received his Master’s in Business Administration from Babson College and his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University School of Law.
Jeff was born and raised in Danvers and currently resides in Melrose with his family. He is an active participant in a variety of civic and charitable organizations.
