Greg Klemmer

Mr. Klemmer joined the Colliers International Suburban Brokerage team in 2012, and serves as leader of the North Suburban team. He has spent 32 years working in this market, focusing on tenant representation, locally and globally, and landlord representation for primarily office and industrial properties. His professional accomplishments include 2009 CBA Broker of the Year, 1994, 2009, 2018 Industrial Deal of the Year. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Klemmer served as an executive vice president at NAI Hunneman. He also served as principal of Klemmer Associates and senior vice president of Hunneman Commercial. His Tenant Advisory experience includes EBSCO, Quiet Logistics, Frequency Therapeutics, Locus Robotics, Watson Marlow, ABC Supply, Christian Books.
