Congratulations 2025 Honor Scholars!

The Chamber congratulates the 340 Honor Scholars for 2025 and thanks all family and friends for joining us to celebrate these seniors who are graduating with top honors.

Highlights of the event included Todd Angilly, official Anthem singer for the Boston Bruins, kicking off the evening by performing the National Anthem, followed by keynote speaker, Jake Thibeault – a remarkable young man whose story is a testament to resilience, determination, and purpose. Jake delivered a passionate message, born out of his journey through a paralyzing hockey injury during his senior year of high school. He inspired the crowd with his story of perseverance and no-quit attitude. Following dinner, all Honor Scholars were recognized on stage.

Celebrating the Top 5% of Seniors from 35 High Schools on the North Shore for 2024

DANVERS — With record attendance, the top 5 percent of 35 area high schools, along with their parents and educators, gathered Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the DoubleTree Hotel for the 2024 Honor Scholars event. The North Shore Chamber was pleased to honor 333 students and acknowledge their outstanding academic achievements. Prior to dinner, attendees enjoyed a keynote address by Tim Collins, founder and CEO of the event’s Premier Sponsor – Ebsco. Students participated in leading the Pledge of Allegiance – thank you to Cecilia Kay of Bishop Fenwick and Ashley Henriquez of Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School. Malia Andrews of Gloucester High School performed the National Anthem. Following dinner, every Honor Scholar was presented a certificate honoring their achievement and was given a copy of Tim Collins’ publication, “6 For You,” which details his six principles for success.

For family and friends who were not able to attend the sold-out event, please enjoy this video of the evening’s program in its entirety.
