Running a small business means wearing every hat and too often, feeling like there’s never enough time. In this interactive one-hour workshop, you’ll learn practical strategies to take control of your time without adding more stress or complexity.

Bring your calendar (digital or paper) and be ready to roll up your sleeves. This is a hands-on session where you’ll actively plan, reflect, and walk away with a clearer, more intentional approach to managing your time.

We’ll cover proven techniques for planning your week, prioritizing what matters, and managing the daily interruptions that come with running a business. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately, clarity around priorities, and a plan that fits your real life.

The Small Business Council meets monthly to help grow and strengthen your business. Tap into shared knowledge, advocacy, and support for your business and your employees. All Chamber members are invited to these free meetings.
