The speakers are:

• Lt. Col. Eladio Medrano, Commander of the Mass National Guard Employment Programs. LTC Medrano will discuss how and why employers should hire National Guard members and their families, as well as the National Guard Hiring Tax Credit Program, which incentivizes businesses to hire National Guard members.
• Jennifer Price, Assistant Vice President for Strategic Employer Relations at North Shore Community College, who will discuss NSCC's strategic business partnership for employers.
• Heidi Riccio, Superintendent-Director, Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School. Riccio will discuss how employers can partner with the school’s cooperative education program that leads to internships and outstanding hiring opportunities.
• Todd Angilly, director of workforce development for the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security. Angilly will explain how employers can connect with the state’s Re-Entry program to find qualified employees.
• Eliud Alcala, Assistant Director, MassHire North Shore Workforce Board. Alcala will discuss the state’s Career Center “One-Stop” services for employers who want to connect with job-seekers.
