Special guest Mary Anne Clancy, Senior Vice President of Communications at the Institution for Savings presented, “Negotiating with Confidence: Tools, Tactics and Timing.” This workshop explored proven tools, smart tactics and the importance of timing to preserve relationships while achieving better outcomes in business and beyond.
