The North Shore Chamber’s Small Business Council met on October 6 for a discussion with Sarah Ducott, Client Executive at OneDigital and a member of the North Shore Chamber’s Board of Directors. The conversation focused on navigating rising healthcare costs and developing a proactive employee benefits strategy.
Attendees were particularly interested in the differences between fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded plans and which option may be the best fit for their organizations and employees. Sarah also shared insights into what is driving healthcare costs heading into 2027, changes in the Massachusetts market, and strategies for small employers.
The discussion gave attendees an opportunity to learn from OneDigital’s expertise, ask questions, and explore ways to manage benefits costs while supporting employee recruitment and retention.
