The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Massachusetts district office recently named the state’s Small Business Award honorees as it prepares for National Small Business Week, which will take place May 4 to 10, 2025.
Silver Lining Solutions, Inc., owned by Darcia Tremblay, was named the Woman Owned Business of the Year. Darcia started her career processing Medicaid long term care applications, learning the process for applying and came to the realization that she could provide a better, more personalized service for aging seniors and families in need of guidance. Silver Lining Solutions was started at Darcia’s dining room table and later expanded multiple times, including a second office in New Hampshire.
Darcia is extremely active and supportive of the Chamber, serving on the Managing Board and the THRIVE Steering Committee. She is a past Diamond Award winner and generous sponsor of many Chamber events. She is also leading the Chamber’s latest initiative, the Small Business Council.
