Social media experts, Cara Hutchins, founder and CEO of Communications, Ink, and Julia Campbell, founder and principal of J Campbell Social Media, shared tools to benefit companies of all sizes and nonprofits. Both believe those who are not embracing being online — whether as a consumer, socially, as a business or an an employer — are rapidly becoming forgotten.
