North Shore Bank Names New EVP, Senior Commercial Banking Officer

North Shore Bank recently announced that Dan Rapoza was named executive vice president, senior commercial banking officer, further strengthening the bank’s leadership team and commitment to supporting businesses across the region.

In his new role, Rapoza will oversee the commercial banking division for both North Shore Bank, and Abington Bank, a division of North Shore Bank, working closely with businesses of all sizes to provide tailored financial solutions that drive growth and success. He will lead both bank’s commercial lending strategy, portfolio management, and business development efforts, while fostering strong client relationships and supporting the communities both banks serve.

“Dan is an accomplished leader with a proven track record in commercial banking,” said Michael R. Wheeler, president and chief executive officer of North Shore Bank. “His expertise, vision, and dedication to building lasting partnerships make him the ideal choice to guide our commercial banking team into the future.”

Rapoza brings 20 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking, most recently serving as senior vice president of middle market and nonprofit lending at Salem Five Cents Savings Bank. Throughout his career, he has specialized in delivering financial solutions that help businesses navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Rapoza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of New Hampshire, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
