The Massachusetts School of Law at Andover (MSLAW) is an independent, nonprofit law school. Since opening in 1988, its mission has been an academically rigorous, affordable legal education emphasizing ethics, advocacy, leadership and professional skills, open to people from every background, including working adults.

MSLAW offers a Juris Doctor (day or evening, no LSAT required) and a new Master of Science in Law, a 30-credit graduate degree for professionals who aren’t lawyers, taught two days a week, day or evening, full-time in 10 months or part-time over up to three years.

Its faculty brings together scholars, judges and practicing lawyers, and its graduates include district attorneys, mayors, state legislators and Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll. With the Cummings Foundation, MSLAW also offers the free Cummings Business Law Seminar Series for local businesses and nonprofits. Don’t miss the next session — Issues Impacting Non-Profits — on Wednesday, Nov. 11.
