Recruiters, talent acquisition specialists and HR professionals are invited to The Total Internship Management workshop on Thursday, Aug. 10 at Endicott College in Beverly.
The program is part of the inaugural CEIA Academy on the Road program. Christine Barkley from Intern Bridge, the nation’s premier experiential education research and consulting firm will share a newfound approach to internships based on in-depth research and proven best practice strategies.
For over 20 years the CEIA Academy has been training higher education professionals new to professional practice in experiential education and work-integrated learning in Vail, CO. To attract new members and meet the needs of their institutional partners, CEIA has created the CEIA Academy on the Road.
This program will offer three curated training tracks with a new track focused specifically on helping employers help maximize their internship and entry talent acquisition programs. Intern Bridge will facilitate this employer track and share their Total Internship Management Methodology based on in-depth research and proven strategies. This all-day workshop will be highly interactive and is accredited by both SHRM and HRCI for 6 continuing education credits.
