North Shore Chamber’s Emerging Leaders enjoyed an inspiring and insightful Lunch & Learn, “Craft Your Professional Identity: What Does Your Digital Presence Say About You?”
Attendees had the opportunity to hear from Hannah Sanchez, Chief People Officer at Windover Construction and Chair-Elect of the North Shore Chamber’s Board of Directors, and Molly Romano, Director of Marketing at Windover Construction, who shared valuable advice on building an authentic professional brand and making a lasting impression.
From strengthening LinkedIn profiles and highlighting accomplishments on resumes to understanding what employers look for, the conversation offered practical tips for professionals at every stage of their careers. A key takeaway was that professional identity goes beyond a resume or online presence. It’s also shaped by the relationships professionals build, the way they communicate, and the reputation they create along the way.
