The Emerging Leaders “Money Smart – Building Your Future” Financial Series ended on a high note filled with energy, inspiration and business wisdom at a Lunch & Learn on April 23 with a focus on Entrepreneurship.
Stephanie DeJesus and Kaylee MacInnis, co-founders of FIT Ritual, shared the story of how they brought their vision to life through intentional, disciplined decision-making rather than trends or rapid expansion. From defining their brand early and hiring for culture over credentials to navigating COVID with decisive action and prioritizing community, every step was rooted in clarity over convenience. The results were a fast-growing boutique fitness brand built on consistency, strong culture, and sustainable growth.
