BEVERLY — On Wednesday, Aug. 16, the Chamber’s Emerging Leaders group hosted a sold-out Lunch & Learn seminar featuring Laura Caton of LeadShift. Young professionals met in the Chamber’s education center to enjoy a light lunch followed by an insightful look at the art of handling challenging conversations. Caton shared the psychology behind tips to effectively communicate in a way that resonates with others. Attendees were given the opportunity to uncover the skills that can assist in delivering necessary feedback efficiently in their lives, both personally and professionally.
