The Emerging Leaders welcomed David Eidle, SVP of Commercial Lending at Rockland Trust, for a Lunch & Learn program on leadership and career advancement.
Josh Wally Addie of M&T Bank, the Chair of the Chamber’s Emerging Leaders initiative, sat with Dave and asked him about his career and how he became a better leader.
Dave gave the Chamber’s young professionals vital advice that they can carry along with them in their professional and personal lives, including:
- How to pivot when things aren’t going as planned;
- What qualities a good leader should have, such as grit, persistence, and determination;
- And, how to communicate with employees effectively.
