The Emerging Leaders presented a special Lunch & Leadership event on May 20, 2025, in the Chamber’s Education Center.
Featured presenter Tim Collins, founder and former CEO of Ebsco and owner of Meredith Farm in Topsfield, shared insights and tips on to how achieve success while living a life of contentment. He explained tools that he has used for 40 years that are designed to help you experience happiness in the moment and fulfillment from achieving purposeful goals while experiencing commercial success. Tim stressed the importance of charting your own course by taking time to understand your personal values and interests, and how those play a role in reaching your desired goals.
Attendees received a booklet authored by Tim which shares principles important for success as well as a workbook related to the implementing the tools.
