A large crowd of Chamber members and business professionals gathered at Danversport on Wednesday, April 3, for a Business Insight breakfast forum that explored the issue of housing on the North Shore, while putting a spotlight on several new developments in the region.
Speakers discussed how each of the developments will add to the region, bringing tax revenue, job growth and affordable housing opportunities, and creating a chance for community partnerships.
Taking the podium were: Andrew DeFranza, executive director, Harborlight Homes Anthony Librot, CEO of AAM 15 Management, who oversees the downtown Danvers Maple Square project; Emerson Rogers, a project manager for Minco Developments who oversaw the creation of Newburyport Crossing, and Adam Stein, executive vice president of development for WinnCompanies, which is building The Exchange in Salem and the Westcott in Swampscott.
