Baker Newman Noyes (BNN), a nationally recognized top 100 accounting and advisory firm, is excited to announce five senior-level promotions in its Boston and Woburn offices. The promotions below highlight managers and senior managers in the firm’s tax, assurance and operations departments.

Boston, Mass.
- Malia Roberto, CPA, MSA, of Wakefield, Mass., has been promoted to Manager in the assurance practice. Malia has experience providing auditing services to both public and private companies in the commercial, banking, and life science industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, and her master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
- Carol Pacheco, MBA, of Worcester, Mass., has been promoted to People Operations Director in the HR department. Pacheco excels in identifying organizational development needs, developing and implementing policies, and maintaining and administering benefit programs. Before joining BNN, Carol served as a senior human resource generalist for a cooperative loan bank, and as a human capital manager in a large public school system. Pacheco earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Bryant University. She earned her master’s degree in business administration from Boston University.
Woburn, Mass.
- Brady Bilodeau, CPA, MSA, of Dunbarton, New Hampshire, has been promoted to Senior Manager in the tax practice. Bilodeau is well-versed in matters pertaining to income tax accounting (ASC 740) and corporate tax compliance, including international and state and local tax compliance for public and private C Corporations. Prior to joining the firm, Brady spent two years at a big-4 firm in Massachusetts. Brady earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and finance, as well as a master’s degree in accounting with a focus in taxation from the University of New Hampshire.
- Michael Famiglietti, CPA, of Providence, Rhode Island, has been promoted to Manager in the tax practice. Famiglietti earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in accounting from University of Massachusetts Amherst. He joined the firm in 2021 and specializes in tax compliance for public and private C Corporations. Prior to joining BNN, Famiglietti worked as a tax senior at a Big-4 firm in Boston.
- Amber Melideo, MSA, of Newton, Massachusetts, has been promoted to Manager in the tax practice. Amber specializes in tax planning and compliance for closely-held businesses, partnerships, and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining BNN in 2022, she worked as a tax supervisor for a New England based CPA and advisory firm. Amber received her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business and master’s degree in accounting from Merrimack College.
These promotions were announced among 25 senior-level promotions across the firm’s Manchester, N.H.; Portsmouth, N.H.; Woburn, Mass.; Boston, Mass.; and Portland, Maine, offices.
