2025 THRIVE Summit Fulfills Mission of Elevating, Education and Empowering

PEABODY — The North Shore Chamber’s THRIVE initiative presented the 3rd annual THRIVE Summit on Wednesday, June 18, at the Boston Marriott Peabody. More than 200 attendees gathered to learn, network, and be inspired.

The day kicked off with Keynote Speaker Susan MacKenty Brady, CEO of the Institute for Inclusive Leadership at Simmons University, and the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Chair for Women and Leadership. Thank you to Breakfast Sponsor TQM Wealth Partners.

Breakout sessions throughout the morning featured topics such as “Boost Your Financial Confidence – Tips for Mastering your Money,” “Listen, Learn, Lead!,” “Managing Difficult Conversations,” and “Be Bold, Brave and Badass.”

Breakout session speakers included Marcel Quiroga, TQM Wealth; Sheila Stehlin, Port Wealth Management; Kate Glidden, Beauport Financial; Dr. Kenann McKenzie-DeFranza; Ginny Eramo, INTERLOCKS MedSpa; Nancy Caswell, Caswell Restaurant Group; Mabelyn Lopez, 4 Insurance LLC; and Michelle Kempskie, principal of Michelle Kempskie Consulting.

The THRIVE Marketplace was in full swing with 10 dynamic women-owned businesses exhibiting their services and products. Attendees were able to enjoy a massage, get headshots taken, and energize with a B12 shot between seminars.
