Chamber members are invited to participate in a free webinar session on Thursday, April 25, at 1 p.m., presented by Commonwealth Payroll & HR.
This session will provide a helpful overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations, common issues, and employer best practices. It will address key provisions and what steps are needed to take to manage employee leaves of absence under the ADA. Participants will gain confidence in having discussions related to the interactive process and will be armed with the knowledge that many accommodations actually result in no cost to the employer (and in many cases can be undertaken on a trial basis).
