James Roosevelt Jr., president and chief executive officer of Tufts Health Plan, will address the North Shore Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, July 16th at the Kernwood Country Club.

James Roosevelt also will offer his perspective on how to better use limited health care resources and effectively manage health care costs.

Roosevelt serves as Co-Chair of the Democratic National Committee Rules and Bylaws Committee. It is a standing committee of the DNC and is made up of members of the Democratic National Committee.
